About Me
Natasha Parsons
Teaching yoga is such a privilege and I hope to share with you my own passion and love for practising yoga. I teach Classic Hatha Yoga and have completed 200 hours teaching training in Shivanada Yoga accredited by IYN, with additional qualifications to teach Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga, both accredited by IYN. Additionally, I teach Children’s Yoga, training accredited by Children Do Yoga, a registered college of the Complementary Medical Association.
